There are other issues....

" Architects of the culture of death" details the racist and genocidal mission of planned parenthood's founder among other things, and while there are other issues to worry about besides abortion, all the Bishops have said that Abortion is a grave evil that can never be tolerated. Let's examine some of these other issues though. What good is a health care plan if there is no one around to benefit from it because millions of those people who would benefit are dead from Abortion? Economics? The population of the U.S. and the world is decreasing and falling below replacement levels because we're killing off our replacement work force. Let's leave aside the debate of who started this economic crisis, because generally people blame the people in power for hard times weather they are responsible or not. The fact is, we are all responsible, not just our leaders. Why people don't vote for third party candidates escapes me, but rampant greed, consumerism, and spending money we don't have so that we can live in comfort beyond our means led to this crisis. It's always easier to blame someone else instead of taking responsibility ourselves, so let's not blame the politicians for that one. If we are killing off the next generation through abortion, the economy will suffer because the old people can't keep working forever and their replacements in the next generation are dying before they can enter the work force. Social welfare? If people are being killed off how can they benefit from a social welfare program. designed to assist them? War? More people have been killed by abortion than the combined total of everyone who has died in a war in the last century.

I hear this over and over "there are other issues besides abortion, and yet what you are really saying is that money, luxury, comfort, & easy living are more important than human life, and it is sad that Obama wants to help an industry with an invested interest in killing his own people -further, I don't see how we've all become so blind to that fact. If Obama were pro-terrorism we wouldn't be having this debate, but the problem is that we live in a culture where people only care about themselves and their own comfort, and if someone else has to suffer so they can llive the way they want, that's all that counts-and most methods of abortion aren't painless. Treating pain would be to acknowledge that the unborn child is a person, and if they did that, they would be out of business.

For those who say I don't know what it's like to be pregnant, I say:

I don't have to be a horse to be a horse doctor. I don't have to be sick to know how to treat a sick patient, but I know at least one American woman personally who was abused and forced to have an abortion not once, but several times by family and her own husband. I could make a long list of others who not only agree with my position, and have had similar things happen to them, but say that doctors misdiagnosed a healthy baby as deformed or disabled and recommended abortion. When the women refused, high pressure tactics were used to try and get them to change their minds. When the child was born, there was nothing wrong with them-they grew up healthy. Similar tactics have been used to get women in labor to sign consent forms stating what contraception they will use and/ or authorizing sterilization. One such Mexican woman testified to congress that she said no. They had prayed to have a child and when that child was born, she said she didn't want to be sterilized, but the U.S. Funded program tricked her into signing a consent form while in labor and now she can't have any more children.

Furthermore, there are very few cases where a mother's life is endangered by a pregnancy. There are too many cases of doctors predicting the future incorrectly, and even if it were true, killing another person to save your life is a very selfish thing to do.

Abortion is murder. It is always wrong no matter how you justify it. I wish those who argue this point with me would first talk to the women who have been traumatized by abortion, the women who realize that abortion made things worse, not better, and the women who said someone else made the choice for them either by forcing it upon them or by withholding the truth about what an abortion is-the killing of an unborn human being.
